For the purposes of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, LUIS OLIVERAS, S.A., hereinafter LUIS OLIVERAS, with Tax Identification Number (NIF): A17005695, informs the User that it is the owner of personal data files registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) in which their data is incorporated and processed for the purpose of providing the requested services and sending information about our company that may be of interest.

SUBMISSION AND REGISTRATION OF PERSONAL DATA

The submission of personal data is mandatory to contact and receive information about the services provided by LUIS OLIVERAS. Likewise, failure to provide the requested personal data or to accept this data protection policy will make it impossible to subscribe, register, or receive information about these services. The User who submits the information to LUIS OLIVERAS is solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data included, and LUIS OLIVERAS is exempt from any liability in this regard. Users guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the accuracy, validity, and authenticity of the personal data provided, undertaking to keep it duly updated. The user agrees to provide complete and accurate information on the registration or subscription form. LUIS OLIVERAS is not responsible for the accuracy of information not created by him and for which another source is indicated, and therefore assumes no liability for any potential damages that may arise from the use of this information. LUIS OLIVERAS is exempt from liability for any damage or loss that the User may suffer as a result of errors, defects, or omissions in the information provided by LUIS OLIVERAS, provided that it originates from sources outside of LUIS OLIVERAS.

Transfer of data to third parties

LUIS OLIVERAS will not transfer personal data to third parties. However, if data is transferred to a third party, prior notice will be given requesting the express consent of the data subject, pursuant to Article 6 of the Spanish Data Protection Act (LOPD).

Exercising your rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection

The User declares to have been informed of the conditions regarding the protection of personal data, accepting and consenting to its processing by LUIS OLIVERAS, in the manner and for the purposes indicated in this Personal Data Protection Policy.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

LUIS OLIVERAS reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to new legislation or case law, as well as industry practices. In such cases, LUIS OLIVERAS will announce the changes made on this page with reasonable advance notice before they are implemented.
