Our story begun in the heart of the Pyrenean region of La Garrotxa, famous for its meat industry.
Our company is located in Olot, the capital of La Garrotxa. The special conditions offered by this privileged geographical location together with our experience and selected raw materials, enable us to manufacture high quality dry-cured meats to satisfy our consumer’s needs and tastes.
We manufacture our products with full respect for the Islamic rite. Our production is controlled and certified by the Halal Institute of Córdoba. Our plant is also certified in compliance with the IFS and BRC food safety standards.
This self-exigency has enabled us to increase, year after year, our presence on the national and international Halal cured sausages markets, and this is just the beginning…
